Before packing any orders, we carefully inspect your orders that we will be shipped to you. If you think that we have sent you a wrong order or the products you received are not ‘as described,’ you are eligible to file a return case. Requesting a refund is as easy as 1-2-3 through our 7-day return policy.
You have seven days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send an instruction via email together with the return shipping label.
- Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right and send you the right one without any cost.
“No exchanges” policy is permitted if we shipped you the right order.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember, once your refund was approved and we already refunded you, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund amount.
